Background
About me
My name is Massimo, and I come from a multicultural background. I am half Italian and half Brazilian, and I have lived much of my life between Switzerland and the UK. I come from a scientific background, having studied Physics at King's College London, a subject that still fascinates me deeply. From there, I went on to build a career in sustainability and energy, completing a Master's in Sustainable Energy at Imperial College London and then spending five years working across carbon, energy, data science, and consultancy.
I am now at the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey, following my ambitions with passion, excitement, and, above all, a desire to contribute meaningfully to the world. I started this blog for exactly that reason: as a platform to share my thoughts, ideas, and reflections on AI, sustainability, and entrepreneurship, and on how they can come together to drive real progress. My hope is that this space can contribute in its own way, while also inspiring curiosity, connection, and meaningful discussion.

This blog is a space where I share ideas, reflections, and research on the systems, tools, and ways of thinking that can help us explore and build a better, more sustainable future.
It is part writing platform, part thinking space, part place to connect with others, and part record of what I am learning as I build and evolve. Some posts will be practical, some reflective, and some deeper explorations, but all of them are driven by the same goal: to think clearly, create usefully, and contribute to work that has real impact.
Sustainability is a central part of both my work and this site, particularly in how it intersects with technological progress and broader questions about how we build and live well. More broadly, this is also a space to explore ideas that feel meaningful, exciting, and worth pursuing.
I have always believed that we all have a part to play in making an impact on the world around us, following our passions, building meaningful things, and enjoying the process along the way. I do not think meaningful work should feel dry or distant. It should be creative, energizing, and fun. I want this blog to be a place for curiosity, creativity, connection, and ideas that lead somewhere. A place to help shape and build a future that is not only better, but also more exciting to be part of.
